I always have a great experience at Zaxbys but I just feel like Andrew M needs the recognition. I was already having a good day but he was so fulla enthusiasm it made me have an even better night, I felt the energy & excitement thru the drive thru, I haven’t even made it to the window yet now that’s great customer service!!!

I placed a pick-up order for this establishment. When I got to the location, it took an additional 10-15 minutes to receive my order. The sauces that I chose on the app weren't right. The chicken was a little hard, and the fries portions were small (ordered 2 chicken finger plates, no slaw, additional fries). I normally do not have a problem ordering from zaxby's, but this location came with some issues. The staff was friendly but had issues communicating with the kitchen regarding orders.

I always enjoy Zaxbys food. The lines are long which means the wait times are long but I feel it’s worth it. DoorDash order types are definitely priority over others though.

The place was empty and clean for Alabama. The food was pretty good except the fries were old and yucky. My biggest complaint was the staff cared more about carrying on their conversation than taking my order. Ok working there must be dull but damn. Americans better wake up.

I have a pretty good relationship with this Zaxby's. This location's service is great for the position they're in. No complaints here on service! While the price increase over the past several years is frustrating, I understand what inflation does The food is pretty good, but sometimes is hit or miss. It seems like some of the kitchen may not fully understand the amount of food needed for certain times in the day, which can lead to cold fries and chicken. It's not a huge deal, but can be annoying. Sometimes the chicken isn't breaded enough and we don't get that satisfying crunch. Again, might be a personal preference. The final thing that frustrates me is that sometimes, the dining room is randomly closed. I understand that it can be difficult to find employees, but that's due in-part to the wages. Pay more, and they will come, and you will make more money. It's mind-blowingly simple math. If you pay more, you begin to value your employees and earn loyalty. You open your dining room, which nets more profit. Whoever owns this franchise needs an education in business. For the rest of you, fantastic work. Thank you for all that you do.

I couldn't help but write a review. This was the FASTEST DRIVE THRU I've ever been to. It was lunch and they were busy but they had the Food in my hand faster than I got my card back. The food was good, the service was friendly and if I lived here this would be my ZAXBYS
